Grant Nethercott

Grant Nethercott is the head chef of Alba in St Ives, and he likes to showcase natural, eclectic flavour combinations. He loves to use a variety of local ingredients from local fishermen, farmers, foragers and even herbs from his own garden. Being a classically trained chef, to Michelin standard, he draws a lot of influence from French cuisine but over the years, it has come from around the world. He would class the cuisine at Alba as modern British style.
